All vehicles are sold as seen, subject to inspection. We recommend that you inspect any vehicle before purchase. We provide accurate information about vehicle history and condition to the best of our knowledge.
Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of sale. We accept various payment methods including bank transfer, finance, and part-exchange. A deposit may be required to secure a vehicle.
Finance options are subject to credit approval and terms set by our finance partners. We act as a credit broker and not a lender. Finance terms and conditions will be provided separately by the finance provider.
Warranty terms vary by vehicle and will be clearly stated at the point of sale. Some vehicles may be sold with a warranty, while others may be sold without warranty. All warranty terms will be provided in writing.
We provide automotive repair and maintenance services. All work will be carried out to professional standards. Estimates will be provided before work commences, and we will seek approval for any additional work required.
Parts supplied are subject to availability. We use quality parts from reputable suppliers. Warranty terms for parts will be provided at the time of purchase.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims arising from the sale of vehicles or provision of services is limited to the purchase price of the vehicle or service in question.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us in writing. We will investigate your complaint and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
